Business Systems Analyst, Procure-to-Pay (Remote, US)
Configure and improve DoorDash’s Procure-to-Pay systems, workflows, automations, and integrations. Support Finance partners, SOX audits, and scalable operations across the technology and logistics business.
Description
- Configure Procure-to-Pay systems, workflows, approvals, integrations, and reports.
- Support Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree in day-to-day operations.
- Investigate system requests and incidents, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes.
- Gather Finance partner needs and turn them into system designs and tested solutions.
- Create automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve efficiency, speed, and data accuracy.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities in relevant workflows.
- Plan and deliver projects with clear schedules, timelines, and progress updates.
- Work with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Sourcing, IT, Finance leaders, and Internal Audit.
- Support periodic SOX audits and maintain compliant systems through sound design and change management.
- Keep system documentation current and oversee the day-to-day health of assigned systems.
- Contribute to the technology roadmap and improve Finance processes over time.
- Report to the Lead, Finance Systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Finance or business systems.
- Practical experience with Coupa.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, including direct and indirect procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable.
- Knowledge of how Procure-to-Pay connects with ERP and related systems.
- Experience with Finance systems and integrations.
- Experience with tools such as Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree.
- Ability to gather requirements, develop designs and test plans, and deliver solutions.
- Experience creating automations or using AI tools in Finance system workflows.
- Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Knowledge of system controls, documentation, and change management.
- Experience supporting audits.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical partners.
- Ability to manage several initiatives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
