- Draft, review, and update plans and procedures using standard templates
- Track annual plan reviews
- Arrange recurring and one-off meetings
- Coordinate logistics and provide meeting notes and records
- Manage and verify company-wide incident response rosters and notification groups
- Process corporate reviews and approvals for employees’ international travel
- Set up and maintain SharePoint folders and document libraries
- Keep dashboards, intranet resources, and document links current
- Use corporate crisis procedures to account for missing employees
- Monitor risk status and check entries for accuracy and currency
- Remind owners about overdue risk submissions
- Prepare and present routine and ad hoc risk reports for management
- Help maintain and update the risk management tool
- Collect risk information and coordinate monitoring activities with risk team members and owners
- Prepare materials on Enterprise Risk Management processes and tools to support training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience, or a master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance; an interim Secret clearance is required before starting, contingent on the offer
- U.S. citizenship
- Enterprise Risk Management experience
- SharePoint experience
