Business Intelligence Analyst, Doximity (California Remote)

Build client-facing analyses and reusable data products for Doximity’s clinician platform. Use SQL, Python, and healthcare data to identify patterns in medical professionals’ platform behavior.

Description

  • Partner with Product, Strategic Analytics, Client Success, and Sales to deliver analyses for clients.
  • Build data products from the ground up and automate code so teammates can reuse it.
  • Keep developing technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Analyze extensive platform data to identify and classify medical professionals’ behavior patterns.
  • Grow toward either a presentation and communication-focused role or more technically demanding work.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience demonstrating collaboration, enthusiasm for data, reliability, precision, curiosity, and respect for teammates and clients.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and assess complex queries across many tables and relationships.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience using common modules such as NumPy, pandas, statsmodels, and matplotlib for exploratory data analysis.
  • Experience working with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of statistics and data visualization.
  • Experience using data visualization tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants and creating AI-enabled workflows.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience presenting data to non-technical audiences.
