Description

  • Administer requirements and asset management systems, including workflows, accounts, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, reports, and project configuration.
  • Translate business needs into processes and well-defined functional and technical specifications with stakeholders.
  • Lead projects from planning through delivery by setting scope, scheduling work, monitoring progress, and reporting status.
  • Coordinate with vendors on business and technical requirements, align expectations, and validate delivered solutions.
  • Configure and enhance systems, assess alternative approaches, and deploy fixes and improvements.
  • Develop complex SQL queries for data analysis, issue investigation, reporting, and business process support.
  • Apply AI development tools to build and refine solutions while reviewing, testing, debugging, and maintaining generated code.
  • Train and assist users, keep learning materials current, and oversee the support ticket queue.
  • Create dashboards and real-time reports that enable informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least four years of experience administering applications and designing, configuring, and implementing information systems.
  • Strong SQL querying skills and a solid understanding of relational databases.
  • Ability to build solutions with AI tools and evaluate their quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to produce clear specifications and manage customer projects from initiation through completion.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors, defining requirements, communicating business needs, and validating proposed solutions.
  • Strong written and spoken Hebrew and English, including the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences and deliver structured training.
  • Knowledge of asset management platforms such as Hexagon or experience implementing ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with hands-on use of iPaaS platforms for system integration and automated data flows is an advantage.
  • Software development experience and practical coding skills are an advantage.
