Description
- Gather, analyse, and document requirements with business and technical stakeholders
- Lead workshops, process mapping, and solution design discussions
- Convert business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Support Agile teams with backlog refinement, user stories, and prioritisation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Contribute to business cases, impact assessments, and change initiatives
- Coordinate with program and project leaders to align delivery streams
- Advise senior leaders, program sponsors, and executives as a trusted partner
- Build stakeholder alignment and commitment across functions
- Coach leaders and managers on change leadership and people impacts
- Develop targeted communications and materials to build awareness and buy-in
- Work with learning teams on training and capability uplift programs
- Maintain consistent messaging across the organisation
- Define and monitor change adoption metrics and success measures
- Assess resistance risks and implement mitigation actions
- Establish reinforcement practices that support lasting adoption after implementation
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology delivery environments
- Strong capabilities in process analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks
- Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, or Mining is desirable
- Experience with large enterprise platforms and transformation programs
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
- A growth mindset focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Experience collaborating across onshore and offshore delivery teams is advantageous
- Previous external consulting experience is strongly preferred
