Business Analyst, PEGA Solutions – Groningen Hybrid

Develop PEGA solutions for the IMG, which handles mining-related damage claims in Groningen and Drenthe. Translate business needs into requirements and digital solutions.

Description

  • Analyze business processes and information needs.
  • Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process models, and functional designs.
  • Support Product Owners in creating, refining, and prioritizing epics, features, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders in multidisciplinary DevOps teams.
  • Review functional designs and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to the implementation and continued development of PEGA solutions.
  • Propose improvements to processes and information services.
  • Help assess how processes, data, and applications work together.
  • Identify improvement opportunities beyond the immediate scope of changes or projects.
  • Share business analysis expertise and help professionalize the discipline.

Requirements

  • Higher professional or university-level thinking and working capacity.
  • Several years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Designer, or Information Analyst in a complex information-services environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with PEGA and knowledge of model-driven development.
  • PEGA certification, such as Certified Pega Business Architect (PCBA), is an advantage.
  • Experience with requirements, user stories, process models, and functional designs.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe and multidisciplinary DevOps teams.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes.
  • Knowledge of the relationship between processes, data, and applications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect different disciplines and interests.
