Description

  • Analyze virtual currency transactions with advanced blockchain analytics tools
  • Trace transaction histories, identify patterns, and detect illicit activity across blockchain networks
  • Act as the primary contact for law enforcement agencies
  • Prepare detailed blockchain activity reports and investigative insights
  • Respond to and process requests from law enforcement agencies
  • Collect relevant data, perform comprehensive analyses, and provide accurate information promptly
  • Help law enforcement recognize blockchain indicators and patterns associated with illicit activity
  • Track developments in blockchain technology, virtual currency markets, and regulatory requirements
  • Refine analytical methods and tools based on current industry knowledge
  • Work with legal, compliance, cybersecurity, and management stakeholders
  • Follow applicable regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in criminal studies, business management, finance, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience with blockchain analytics platforms, preferably Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or Elliptic
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency transaction behavior and potential indicators of criminal activity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical information to law enforcement personnel
  • Experience collaborating with law enforcement agencies is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent English communication skills
