- Investigate and resolve billing disputes, invoice questions, and customer concerns
- Track unbilled transactions and contribute to revenue leakage prevention
- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation
- Produce billing, revenue, and operational reports for management
- Support internal and external audits while following company policies and customer agreements
- Recommend improvements to billing processes, controls, and efficiency
