- Prepare and validate customer invoices using approved rates, contracts, and operational records
- Issue accurate invoices within agreed timelines
- Review billing transactions and flag discrepancies before invoices are generated
- Work with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to confirm billing information
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes, invoice questions, and customer concerns
- Track unbilled transactions and contribute to revenue leakage prevention
- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation
- Produce billing, revenue, and operational reports for management
- Support internal and external audits while following company policies and customer agreements
- Recommend improvements to billing processes, controls, and efficiency
