Description

  • Guide customers through products and services using a consultative sales approach
  • Build customer relationships through personalized sales support
  • Achieve sales goals while earning commission across AT&T’s product portfolio
  • Represent the company at community events
  • Process online customer orders
  • Contact current and prospective customers by phone
  • Work scheduled shifts, including weekends, to remain available to customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred
  • Availability for shifts scheduled between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing work environment
  • Ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
