Description
- Lead analytical projects from defining business questions through delivering actionable insights
- Partner with teams across Marketing, Finance, Product, Commercial, and Operations
- Translate business questions into clearly scoped analytical work
- Manage KPI tracking and reporting for embedded stakeholder teams
- Maintain data accuracy and strengthen confidence in analytical outputs
- Diagnose data inconsistencies and resolve stakeholder data needs
- Create Looker dashboards and Hex notebooks for detailed analysis and self-service reporting
- Develop production-ready SQL and Python in line with coding standards and peer-review expectations
- Support colleagues in evaluating AI-generated analytical outputs
- Present findings and recommendations through clear, action-oriented narratives
- Apply AI tools to streamline work while preserving analytical quality and precision
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to bring additional data sources into the data stack when required
- Provide human oversight that keeps analysis accurate and repeatable while enabling AI-powered data self-service
Requirements
- Professional experience using Looker and dbt
- Strong production-level skills in SQL and Python
- Consistent adherence to team coding standards and peer-review processes
- Ability to apply AI tools thoughtfully for query creation, analysis summaries, documentation, code review, and workflow enhancement
- Ability to produce accurate, repeatable data analysis
- Ability to collaborate with Analytics Engineers on incorporating new data sources into the data stack
