Description

  • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and tooling for software development and deployment
  • Automate activities across the DevOps delivery lifecycle
  • Develop tailored internal tools, APIs, command-line interfaces, and applications
  • Provision and monitor infrastructure and development environments on demand
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal developer platforms
  • Support, advocate for, and mentor teams that use the platform
  • Investigate reported issues with observability tools and implement fixes
  • Evaluate emerging industry tools and integrate appropriate solutions into the platform
  • Conduct proofs of concept and advance platform innovation
  • Collect feedback from customer development teams about platform performance
  • Drive ongoing improvements across the DevOps delivery lifecycle

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with Agile product ownership across Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban environments
  • Ability to write precise user stories and prioritize features according to business value
  • Practical experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Bicep
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture
  • Ability to identify, address, and remediate security issues
  • Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively with business leaders and technical teams
  • Strong requirements analysis and elicitation skills
