Associate Workday Engagement Manager, United States Remote

ERPA is hiring an Associate Workday Engagement Manager to support implementation, AMS, and Phase X engagements. The role coordinates delivery, project health, risks, budgets, governance, resources, and client relationships.

Description

  • Champion ERPA’s core values of Empathy, Responsibility, Passion, and Agility
  • Serve as the primary link between consultants and clients
  • Coordinate multiple Workday engagements at the same time
  • Keep projects aligned with Statement of Work scope, milestones, and budget objectives
  • Assess and communicate overall project health
  • Track risks, issues, and escalations through resolution
  • Support status reporting and weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer governance
  • Assist with work allocation and resource coordination for AMS and Phase X engagements
  • Promote exceptional customer satisfaction and strong client references
  • Provide implementation, AMS, and Phase X support to Engagement Managers
  • Help advance ERPA’s Workday practice

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience managing Workday implementation, AMS, and Phase X projects with a Workday partner
  • Experience leading Workday projects for higher education or public sector clients is strongly preferred
  • Maintain an active Workday EM/PM certification throughout employment with ERPA
  • Learn new systems quickly, including JIRA, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
  • Previous experience managing projects with Smartsheet
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Take a proactive approach to alignment among customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Legally authorized to work full time in the United States
  • Employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future, is not available for this role
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
