Requirements
- Hands-on Python experience
- Hands-on SQL experience
- Experience working with LLM APIs and agent orchestration
- Track record of shipping production systems that others depend on, starting from an ill-defined problem
- Experience developing LLM applications beyond demonstrations
- Ability to assess LLM performance and identify failure modes
- Ability to measure the effectiveness of the systems you build
- Experience with go-to-market data or marketing systems is advantageous
