Remote Full-time Middle Senior English Required General Counsel

Description

Provide antitrust and competition law advice across international markets
Support merger control assessments and antitrust analysis for M&A transactions
Assist with government investigations, regulatory requests, and related litigation
Guide business teams on day-to-day competition law risks
Help develop antitrust compliance programs, policies, and internal guidance
Work with product, commercial, and regulatory teams to identify and address competition concerns

Requirements

Experience advising on antitrust, competition law, or related regulatory matters
Experience assisting with government investigations and regulatory inquiries
Strong understanding of merger control and antitrust analysis in M&A transactions
Demonstrated ability to advise business teams on competition risks and practical compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving abilities
Juris Doctor degree
Active license to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
Employment may depend on successfully completing a background check, proving identity, and holding the required legal authorization to work
Preferred: Experience advising technology companies or working in the technology sector
Preferred: Experience handling cross-border competition matters and global regulatory frameworks
Preferred: Experience supporting antitrust litigation or enforcement proceedings
