Analytics Consultant, Deposit Products — Wells Fargo On-Site

Support Wells Fargo’s deposit products with data mining, reporting, and strategic analysis. Develop insights for product management, risk, compliance, and business performance.

Description

  • Support deposit product functions within Wells Fargo’s Consumer Banking and Lending organization
  • Provide analytical insights and support for deposit products and programs
  • Conduct data mining and detailed analysis
  • Create customized reports and ad hoc analyses
  • Design and operate data processes
  • Partner with consultants, technology teams, and other business groups
  • Recommend actions and advise the product management team
  • Follow data management and governance policies and regulations
  • Gather and define business requirements
  • Convert data and business needs into research, recommendations, insights, and analytical solutions
  • Contribute to initiatives and processes that support risk and strategic objectives
  • Apply relevant compliance and risk management requirements

Requirements

  • At least two years of analytics experience, or equivalent experience gained through work, training, military service, or education
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience conducting complex data analysis, research, and trend identification
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in regulated financial services
  • Ability to work across business and technology teams in a matrixed organization
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Financial services experience, including knowledge of deposit products, customer behavior, account-level economics, or related banking segments
  • Strong financial understanding
  • Proficiency with SQL and Tableau or comparable business intelligence tools
  • Experience querying large datasets and creating dashboards, visualizations, reports, and analytical solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Ability to follow written policies and applicable state and federal regulations
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work on-site at the specified location
