Description
- Oversee and improve a portfolio of properties across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create and refine listings, including photography, descriptions, and SEO
- Apply yield management and dynamic pricing strategies
- Manage reservations and guest relationships
- Respond to messages, coordinate check-ins, and resolve disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
- Approach property owners interested in outsourcing property management
- Develop and expand a managed-property portfolio
- Recruit and coach City Managers as an optional growth path
Requirements
- Able to persuade property owners and establish trusted relationships
- Background in real estate, sales, or another professional field is welcome
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial approach to the work
- Motivated to build recurring, long-term income
- Able to work as a self-employed professional
