Description
- Advise law firm leaders, including CFOs, billing managers, and revenue operations professionals, on strategic AI opportunities
- Select priority work-to-cash workflows and practice areas for Intapp Celeste
- Lead implementation of Intapp Celeste AI agents, coworkers, and playbooks
- Tailor deployments to billing guidelines, client agreements, and revenue policies
- Convert time entry, prebill review, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition processes into AI-ready workflows
- Assess automation opportunities and determine where human review remains necessary
- Promote adoption among billing and finance teams
- Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions
- Partner with Industry Architects and Product leaders to shape product strategy
Requirements
- Background in law firm billing or revenue operations, such as billing specialist or revenue analyst experience
- Familiarity with the work-to-cash cycle, including client terms, billing exceptions, and the progression from time entry through collections
- Practical experience applying AI to billing, revenue, or commercial processes
- Experience using large language models for prebill review, narrative creation, exception management, or process design
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering, AI workflow development, and agent-based tools
- Ability to configure and refine AI implementations without coding
- Ability to assess AI-generated results for accuracy and client impact
- Strong communication skills for advising senior stakeholders and explaining complex concepts clearly
- Demonstrated experience creating a knowledge resource, improving a process, developing training, or building a tool
- Sound judgment when handling ambiguous, client-facing situations
- Willingness to learn a fast-evolving product and market
