AI Enablement Engineer (Hybrid, Netherlands)

Robin Radar Systems is hiring an AI Enablement Engineer to create GenAI prototypes, automate workflows, and demonstrate practical AI solutions. The role supports teams working with radar technology for wildlife and drone detection.

Description

  • Help non-technical teams overcome technical obstacles and complete GenAI experiments
  • Create practical GenAI prototypes and automate business workflows
  • Configure tailored Gemini or Claude tools for operational use cases
  • Build and deliver practical AI demonstrations
  • Promote AI adoption across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering
  • Help lead practical workshops with internal teams
  • Support colleagues with prompt engineering, workflow configuration, and GenAI tools
  • Assess and validate emerging GenAI platforms and capabilities
  • Keep the internal technology environment current
  • Manage the central AI Experiment Registry
  • Monitor ongoing projects and evaluate their performance
  • Establish effective workflows as company-wide standards
  • Report to the AI Transformation Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable technical discipline
  • Two to four years of practical experience in technical business analysis, systems integration, or solutions engineering
  • Communicate clearly and patiently while coaching non-technical colleagues without relying on excessive jargon
  • Take a proactive, curious approach and build cross-functional relationships to uncover business needs
  • Hands-on experience developing GenAI solutions with enterprise platforms such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude
  • Strong ability to integrate APIs
  • Strong Python scripting skills
  • Strong experience with automation platforms such as Workato or n8n
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Practical, hands-on mindset focused on delivering working prototypes quickly
  • Able to work in a hybrid office environment and travel occasionally when needed
  • A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and background check are required during screening
