Administrative Services Manager - Providence, Seattle Hybrid

Manage executive assistants and administrative operations for Providence’s North Division Executive Office. Support executive leadership, division councils, Boards, and team coordination across the healthcare organization.

Description

  • Lead executive assistants in Providence’s North Division Executive Office
  • Advance Providence’s mission, values, and philosophy through daily leadership
  • Support the Division Chief Executive and Division CFO
  • Direct the Executive Assistant team’s duties and responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to division councils and Boards
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the administrative team
  • Model Providence’s organizational values and mission

Requirements

  • Complete two years of college or business school training, or bring an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, management, or a related field, or have equivalent education and experience
  • Bring six years of public relations or customer service experience
  • Have four years of experience leading and managing teams
  • Preferred: Six years in an executive or administrative secretary role, including advanced computer skills and familiarity with varied software and communication tools
  • Preferred: Three years of leadership experience in a healthcare environment
