Description
- Reconcile accounting accounts to confirm transaction accuracy
- Coordinate accounts payable, cash and banking, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and billing modules in the accounting system, including ledger entry and book generation
- Oversee fixed-asset records and management
- Post adjustments and reclassifications to close management results by senior management’s deadline
- Assist with audits by answering auditor requests, preparing account reconciliations and calculation schedules, and tracking audit findings
- Calculate municipal and federal taxes
- File tax returns within applicable legal deadlines
- Prepare trial balances and other financial statements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Provide professional experience and academic background during the application process
- Availability for hybrid work in Salvador, Bahia
- Employment under the CLT labor regime
