Description

  • Coordinate design activities for assigned brands, products, services, and experiences
  • Support projects from strategy and design briefs through concept reviews and final delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external creative agencies on design insights, concepts, and solutions
  • Manage inquiries and moderately complex project tasks with general guidance
  • Apply established design methods, systems, processes, and procedures
  • Work with design community members and technical specialists to gather specifications, input, and guidance
  • Help develop design solutions aligned with innovation and product, service, or brand experience objectives
  • Complete project assignments that expand design expertise and support ongoing professional development

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, completed and verified before starting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, SolidWorks, Sketchbook Pro, or comparable tools
  • Entry-level experience in design coordination, brand design, product design, service design, or a related area
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a strong interest in design
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through effective storytelling
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to work productively with cross-functional teams and external creative partners
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures with regular supervision
  • Interest in building design expertise and applying design best practices
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship; travel of up to 10% may be required
  • May include up to 10% domestic or international travel
