3D Animator, Creative Services Specialist — L3Harris Technologies (Remote)

Create 3D models, animations, renders, and video content that explain L3Harris Technologies’ aerospace and defense communications products. Turn complex technical information into clear, accurate, on-brand visual stories.

Description

  • Create 3D models, lighting, animations, and renders that depict products, systems, and capabilities
  • Edit and finalize video projects using animation, motion graphics, audio, titles, and live-action footage
  • Convert engineering and technical information into precise, accessible visual narratives
  • Use AI-assisted tools in accordance with company policy
  • Own assigned tasks and defined portions of larger creative projects
  • Keep files organized and deliver work on schedule under the direction of team leads
  • Ensure completed assets follow established brand guidelines
  • Work with creative colleagues, marketing teams, engineers, program groups, and other internal stakeholders
  • Apply feedback without compromising quality or accuracy
  • Organize shared asset libraries, project files, and rendering workflows
  • Provide creative support for marketing initiatives, customer engagements, events, and internal communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or at least 8 years of related experience in place of a degree
  • Proficiency in professional 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine, Maya, or 3ds Max
  • Practical experience with renderers including Redshift, Octane, or Arnold
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with color correction, basic compositing, and sound design
  • Experience producing motion graphics and 2D animation
  • Ability to work with CAD files or engineering model data
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for events, filming, or on-site production support
