Site Reliability Engineer II, IAM — F5
Manage identity and access operations, automation, and monitoring for F5’s secure infrastructure. Support cloud platforms, migrations, and urgent incidents as part of an on-call rotation.

- Keep infrastructure secure and reliable for F5’s business operations, products, and services
- Handle identity and access management (IAM) workflows, including access changes, permissions, and identity escalations
- Resolve IAM tickets in Jira and ServiceNow while meeting service-level targets
- Build and maintain Python, Bash, Selenium, or PowerShell scripts for provisioning, compliance reports, and routine IAM tasks
- Configure and troubleshoot automation pipelines for deployments and identity workflows
- Document IAM processes, scripts, pipeline settings, and troubleshooting procedures
- Support Okta and Entra ID migrations and consolidate overlapping IAM systems during mergers and acquisitions
- Deploy Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk to monitor IAM health and identify risks
- Join the on-call rotation and respond to urgent IAM outages
- Coordinate with U.S.-based IAM colleagues through a follow-the-sun support model
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or at least four years of relevant technical experience
- Experience managing IAM workflows, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control audits
- Familiarity with identity provider platforms such as Okta and Entra ID
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting and workflow automation
- Experience designing and improving automation pipelines for workflow deployment and integration
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Extensive hands-on AWS and GCP experience supporting IAM, including service account management, custom role design, and tailored security policies
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
- Strong technical writing skills and ability to maintain detailed documentation
- Experience using Jira and ServiceNow
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, handle technical escalations, and work with teams across locations
- Preferred: CIAM or ITIL certification, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Google Professional DevOps Engineer certification
- Preferred: Familiarity with Kubernetes or Docker
- Preferred: Experience supporting identity provider migrations and system consolidation during mergers and acquisitions
