- Own product design independently from concept through delivery
- Translate business and user needs into clear journeys and intuitive interfaces
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems
- Run usability tests and apply user feedback to improve designs
- Partner with developers to deliver usable, responsive, and accessible software
- Prepare designs for developer handoff and review implementation quality
- Take ownership of delivered designs and confidently present the work
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least four years of experience in UI/UX or product design
- A portfolio demonstrating independent design of software used by real users, including your contributions, user journeys, and design rationale
- Advanced practical experience with Figma, including interactive prototyping and building or adapting reusable components and design systems
- Experience improving designs through user feedback or usability testing
- Experience collaborating with developers to deliver responsive, accessible interfaces
- Core capabilities include product design, UI/UX design, Figma, user journeys, prototyping, design systems, and usability testing
- Experience designing enterprise applications, analytics dashboards, or other data-intensive products is advantageous
- Previous frontend development experience or practical HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous
