- Drive PAE Fires’ digital transformation by integrating modern technologies, processes, and development practices
- Improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and mission outcomes through effective software solutions
- Create development processes and performance metrics that support continuous team improvement
- Design a process framework for development enhancements, projects, and software releases
- Partner with software architects and developers to assess and define business requirements
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 8–10 years of related experience
- Demonstrated leadership across application design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment for GOTS, MOTS, and COTS systems
- Experience with source-code maintenance, database performance, application security, and development and production environments
- Relevant experience with .NET, SharePoint, SBM, MagicDraw, DOORS, and Windchill
- DoD 8140 certifications
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
