Lead Zapier’s branded motion design across product explainers, social content, launch assets, and event media. Build scalable motion systems, templates, and guidelines that help teams create consistent animated content.

- Create motion for product explainers, website animations, paid social clips, keynote and event content, and campaign materials
- Develop clear storyboards for straightforward assignments
- Produce refined product demos and feature explainers from product interface frames
- Establish Zapier’s motion design language and branded patterns across channels
- Develop motion guidelines, component libraries, and MOGRT files for partner and social teams
- Evaluate Jitter and Figma Motion for creating on-brand animated assets
- Create short paid-social video variations for testing different creative approaches and formats
- Maintain the recurring product video format and build reusable templates for upcoming launches
- Partner with brand design, design operations, product marketing, Product Design, Web, Social, and external agencies

- Translate interface frames and brand briefs into engaging animated narratives
- Understand products well enough to identify how animation should communicate their value and function
- Create MOGRT files, component libraries, and motion guidelines
- Apply strong knowledge of branded motion, timing, easing, and emotional tone
- Bring a refined sense of sound, rhythm, and motion–sound integration
- Use narrative principles such as setup, tension, and resolution in motion work
- Proactively apply creative judgment when working with stakeholders
- Incorporate AI tools, including video-generation tools, into creative workflows
- Work efficiently in ambiguous situations and adapt to a fast-moving environment
- Have work authorization in the country of residence without requiring company visa sponsorship
- Formal education is not required
