- A two- to five-year degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 10 years of experience with messaging systems and Microsoft Exchange
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Exchange
- Strong PowerShell proficiency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience supporting critical production environments
- Independent, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage complex issues
- Professional proficiency in English
