Senior Growth Marketing Specialist Remote
Lead conversion rate optimization, landing-page testing, and funnel performance for Spring Venture Group, a Medicare insurance distributor. Use analytics, SEO, experimentation, and AI-assisted marketing to increase qualified leads and reduce acquisition costs.

- Lead the experimentation roadmap from data-backed hypotheses and prioritization through variant definition and post-test analysis.
- Work with Paid Media to improve landing-page relevance, message alignment, and Google Ads and Meta Quality Scores.
- Apply organic search best practices to conversion-focused landing pages, including keyword rankings, metadata, and site structure.
- Build and run A/B and multivariate tests with enterprise platforms such as Optimizely or VWO.
- Make minor content, copy, and logic updates to WordPress landing pages in Breakdance Builder.
- Partner with Web Developers on core development, advanced technical implementations, and tracking integrations.
- Use GA4 and Hotjar to identify user drop-offs, form friction, and complex conversion paths.
- Configure custom events and triggers to validate experiment metrics.
- Improve pathways for high-intent form submissions, digital quote completions, digital enrollments, and click-to-call actions.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, UX/UI Design, and Web Development teams.
- Turn experiment results into actionable business recommendations.
- Create dashboards for marketing leadership that report conversion gains and acquisition-cost savings.
- Use generative AI to develop copy variations, speed landing-page wireframes, and evaluate qualitative user-feedback patterns.
- Report to the Senior Director of Engagement Marketing.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least four years of focused experience in CRO, web optimization, or growth marketing, with measurable conversion improvements and testing-roadmap ownership.
- Strong working knowledge of paid acquisition through Meta Ads and Google Ads, including how traffic source affects user intent.
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO, including header structure, content hierarchy, and balancing copy length with conversion-focused design.
- Experience reviewing and navigating WordPress landing pages in a visual or block-based framework; Breakdance Builder or a comparable tool is preferred.
- Understanding of how tracking scripts and element styling influence PageSpeed performance.
- Expert proficiency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to configure custom events and triggers for reliable experiment measurement.
- Extensive practical experience with enterprise testing platforms, preferably Optimizely; VWO and similar tools are also acceptable.
- Working knowledge of user experience principles.
- Basic HTML and CSS skills; the ability to make minor style adjustments is advantageous.
- Experience generating leads in healthcare, insurance, FinTech, or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- AI-native marketing experience, including prompting for persuasive, compliant messaging variants and improving testing workflows with AI tools.
- A LinkedIn profile is required during the application process.
