Senior Frontend Engineer, Media Production (Latin America Remote)
Lead the headless frontend architecture for a high-traffic global news platform. Own performance, standards, CMS integration, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

- Build and evolve a modern headless frontend architecture for a high-traffic global news platform
- Coordinate delivery of critical frontend releases against an ambitious launch timeline
- Establish and promote standards for code quality, component design, testing, and reviews
- Own Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility, and page speed across customer-facing experiences
- Connect scalable headless CMS platforms with internal backend APIs
- Coach mid-level engineers and collaborate with engineering leadership on architecture decisions
- Improve AI-assisted development and agentic workflows across the engineering lifecycle
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of senior-level ownership of frontend production systems
- Strong production experience with React and Next.js, including SSR, SSG, ISR, and the App Router
- Fluent in writing clean, type-safe TypeScript
- Demonstrated experience integrating frontends with headless CMS platforms and APIs
- Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals, CDNs, caching, and asset optimization
- Regular experience using AI coding tools and agentic workflows
- Professional English proficiency for daily collaboration with a US-based team
- Based in Latin America
