- Own the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of funds flow data architecture, calculation environments, and reporting solutions
- Help redesign and implement UCLA Health’s funds flow model and related systems
- Convert approved funds flow methodologies into scalable data structures, business rules, and reporting tools
- Support physician attribution, productivity reporting, funding allocation, and complex financial analysis
- Collaborate with Finance, the Office of Health Informatics and Analytics, and operational stakeholders
- Turn financial assumptions into system requirements, business rules, data models, calculation logic, and reporting structures
- Define data requirements and integrate financial, clinical, and operational data

- Capacity to act as a technical leader and advisor on business intelligence, analytics, reporting strategy, and data management practices
- Advanced understanding of database structures, data modeling, business intelligence tools, reporting platforms, and enterprise data environments
- Ability to convert complex business and financial requirements into scalable data solutions and reporting structures
