- Build and oversee a portfolio of new and existing large, complex real estate relationships
- Promote a broad range of banking services to address customers’ complex financial needs
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions within delegated authority
- Prepare and present credit analyses and recommendations for borrowing requests
- Complete credit reviews to verify compliance with applicable policies and regulations
- Manage credit risk through daily monitoring of the loan portfolio
- Maintain accurate risk ratings across the portfolio
- Review and analyze all credits on a periodic basis
- Represent Banner Bank and its services through community involvement
- Coach and mentor less experienced CRE Relationship and Portfolio Managers
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, security standards, and government regulations
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, law, computer science, or a related discipline; equivalent education and experience may be considered
- At least eight years of experience in commercial real estate lending, credit analysis, and business development
- Experience in homebuilder finance preferred
- Demonstrated success developing and managing large, complex business relationships
- Strong relationship management, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
- Detailed knowledge of local real estate markets
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including commercial real estate credit underwriting and structuring
- Comprehensive knowledge of cash management products
- Familiarity with federal and state commercial lending laws, regulations, and appraisal guidelines
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time
