- Advanced proficiency in English
- Extensive software engineering experience
- Prior experience serving as a technical reference or leading engineering teams
- Strong hands-on expertise with Python and Django or Django REST Framework
- Practical experience with Azure OpenAI and Generative AI solutions
- Experience using LangChain and integrating large language models into applications
- Hands-on experience with Celery and Redis for asynchronous processing and distributed workloads
- Professional experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with React or Next.js
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
- Experience with Bicep or Infrastructure as Code in Azure environments
- Strong knowledge of software architecture
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to remain hands-on while providing technical guidance to the team
- Advanced English communication skills
- Experience architecting applications powered by large language models (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Generative AI application patterns and best practices (nice to have)
- Experience integrating multiple Azure services (nice to have)
- Knowledge of observability, security, and production best practices for AI applications (nice to have)
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems (nice to have)
