  • Create and execute sales plans.
  • Find new customers and grow existing accounts through in-person and phone sales.
  • Work with distributors to secure placements in on- and off-premise accounts.
  • Build distributor representatives’ product knowledge and keep Wyld products top of mind during sales calls.
  • Strengthen key account relationships and grow product sales and shelf presence.
  • Coordinate promotions and incentives with retailers.
  • Represent Wyld at relevant trade shows and events.
  • Update partners on new products, innovations, and sales plans.
  • Track competitors and market trends to protect market share.
  • Review monthly sales and product data to find growth opportunities.
  • Join sales meetings to review trends, data, goals, and industry changes.
  • Monitor distributor performance.
  • Coordinate with distribution partner leaders and sales representatives.
  • Train and support distributor representatives on product knowledge.
  • Coach distributor representatives and provide resources to help secure placements.
  • Take on additional duties as business needs arise.
  • Report to the Vice President of Sales.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of experience in direct sales, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods and wholesaler management is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with managers, staff, and officers at all organizational levels.
  • An ownership mindset and adaptability in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate information and respond to questions and suggestions.
  • Ability to present brand information clearly and engagingly.
  • Successful completion of background and motor vehicle records checks.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory, up to 90%.
