Remote Power BI Analyst – Philippines
Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics supporting Med-Metrix’s healthcare revenue-cycle operations. Analyze financial data, assist clients and stakeholders, and uphold HIPAA-compliant reporting practices.

- Partner with revenue-cycle project leaders to understand business processes and create analytics for tracking financial performance.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Collect and clarify requirements for data visualization and analysis.
- Work with data teams and analysts to obtain, clean, and transform reporting data.
- Develop advanced DAX calculations and measures.
- Apply data-security controls and compliance best practices.
- Investigate and resolve issues affecting Power BI reports.
- Train and support Power BI users.
- Stay informed about Power BI capabilities and industry developments.
- Produce recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
- Maintain knowledge of client-specific data, including payer mix, insurance and financial classes, patient access systems, and data timing considerations.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support daily operations.
- Work with colleagues and clients to develop effective solutions.
- Identify and resolve problems promptly and thoroughly.
- Handle patients’ protected health information only in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
- Follow Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Restrict PHI access to the minimum necessary for assigned responsibilities.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
- One to three years of experience, or equivalent experience, in healthcare revenue-cycle analytics.
- Strong grasp of data modeling and visualization principles.
- Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data.
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for building calculations.
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
- Thorough understanding of efficient practices for working with large datasets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities grounded in accurate, timely analysis.
- High integrity, dependable execution, urgency, and focus on results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications is required for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
