Manage strategic PVC customer accounts for Westlake Vinnolit, driving negotiations, profitable sales growth, and long-term regional partnerships. This fully remote role focuses on account development, market analysis, and customer collaboration.

- Own a portfolio of strategic PVC accounts, delivering sales growth and profitability.
- Manage pricing and contract negotiations from start to finish.
- Develop durable, high-value relationships with customers.
- Expand existing accounts and secure new business through applications, opportunities, and cross-selling.
- Track key performance indicators and assess market and competitor developments.
- Convert market insights into coordinated actions for Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Represent Westlake Vinnolit in customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade fairs.
- Partner with Technical Service and Product Line Management to provide effective customer solutions.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Commercial degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Five to ten years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Ideally, experience in chemicals or plastics and strategic key account management.
- Demonstrated success developing strategic accounts and closing complex commercial deals.
- Business-fluent English and either French or Dutch.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work fully remotely and travel regularly across the region.
