- Assess expense claims against company policy.
- Verify receipts and follow up on missing paperwork.
- Assign expenses to the appropriate accounts.
- Compile reimbursement batches for approval.
- Respond to staff questions about expenses promptly and clearly.
- Manage staff expense claims for a UK employer from submission through reimbursement.
- Follow established processes and work closely with a supportive team.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience reviewing expense claims or invoices, including identifying errors.
- Familiarity with Expensify, Xero Expenses, or comparable tools.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- A dependable laptop, stable fibre internet, and a quiet workspace.
- Availability from 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST).
- Corporate card experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UK expense rules is an advantage.
- Experience with Dext is an advantage.
