  • Train existing dealer partners across the assigned territory.
  • Build new business sources and contacts.
  • Oversee sales activity and account development for assigned dealerships.
  • Maintain consistent quality in product and service delivery.
  • Manage a portfolio of dealers, helping partners understand and grow with the Westlake Program.
  • Present company products and services to leaders at independent and franchise dealerships.
  • Find sales prospects and reach out to assigned accounts.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field work.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective dealer partners.
  • Train dealers on current programs and fast-funding requirements by phone and in person.
  • Recommend solutions and restructure vehicle loans to support profitable approvals.
  • Help complete sales contracts by explaining verification requirements to dealers.
  • Keep sales materials current and maintain knowledge of financial products.
  • Take part in seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Experience in automotive, finance, and sales is required.
  • One to two years of sales experience with a record of success.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion methods.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Goal oriented, with interest in improvement and career advancement.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, or CUDL is an advantage.
  • Outside sales experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the local area to serve current and prospective clients.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
