- Accurately process orders, forms and customer records
- Maintain current databases and spreadsheets
- Manage shared inboxes and direct queries to the right people
- Prepare straightforward reports for the team
- Track outstanding tasks and follow through until they are complete
- Follow established processes and work collaboratively with the team
- Work from home while supporting UK business operations
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience in administration or back-office work, with examples of accurate data handling
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Strong typing skills and close attention to detail
- A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet connection and quiet workspace
- Availability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
- CRM experience, such as HubSpot, is an advantage
- Familiarity with Asana or Trello is an advantage
- Experience writing brief process notes is an advantage
