  • Accurately process orders, forms and customer records
  • Maintain current databases and spreadsheets
  • Manage shared inboxes and direct queries to the right people
  • Prepare straightforward reports for the team
  • Track outstanding tasks and follow through until they are complete
  • Follow established processes and work collaboratively with the team
  • Work from home while supporting UK business operations

Prasības

  • Experience in administration or back-office work, with examples of accurate data handling
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong typing skills and close attention to detail
  • A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Availability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
  • CRM experience, such as HubSpot, is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Asana or Trello is an advantage
  • Experience writing brief process notes is an advantage
