- Oversee stock receipts and inbound deliveries
- Coordinate timely picking and loading for outbound deliveries
- Process drivers for inbound and outbound operations
- Collaborate with management to achieve operational targets
- Maintain positive customer relationships and respond constructively to customer and internal department requests
- Promote employee involvement and effective teamwork through regular feedback and positive communication
- Maintain compliance with HM Customs & Excise requirements
आवश्यकताएँ
- Prior administrative experience in a logistics setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP LES, SAP PO2, GTS, debrief, and Duty Manager systems is desirable but not required
- Demonstrated drive, determination, and success in delivering continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and a three-shift rotation
