- Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline

- Bring experience in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Provide ethical, compassionate, and reliable care
- Be prepared to participate in developing a caseload
- Complete the required background screening
- Experience treating children is welcome but not required
- An existing caseload or referral network is welcome but not required
- Be comfortable delivering in-person care in Bannockburn and working toward approximately 25 completed sessions per week
