Mental Health Therapist, Bannockburn IL Hybrid

Provide evidence-based therapy through a hybrid role at Ellie Mental Health’s Illinois private practice. Grow a sustainable caseload through in-person sessions, telehealth, and supported referrals.

Description

  • Complete clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality therapy grounded in evidence-based practice
  • Keep clinical records accurate and up to date
  • Work toward and sustain approximately 25 completed sessions each week
  • Coordinate care with colleagues and referral partners
  • Join consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities
  • Present clinical specialties while cultivating professional relationships
  • Create a positive and effective client experience
  • Serve adults, couples, families, older adolescents, or other client populations
  • Build a lasting caseload with guidance from the established team

Requirements

  • Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline
  • Maintain an active Illinois license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, LPC, LSW, or ALMFT
  • Bring experience in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Provide ethical, compassionate, and reliable care
  • Be prepared to participate in developing a caseload
  • Complete the required background screening
  • Experience treating children is welcome but not required
  • An existing caseload or referral network is welcome but not required
  • Be comfortable delivering in-person care in Bannockburn and working toward approximately 25 completed sessions per week
