Maintenance Technician
Maintain Obramax store facilities, safety systems and equipment. Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire-prevention maintenance.
विवरण
- Build recurring checklists to assess essential store equipment and spot faults, wear or unusual conditions
- Take prompt preventive or corrective action to maintain safe, uninterrupted operations
- Hire and oversee external contractors engaged for store maintenance
- Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work to defined specifications and standards
- Inspect the store regularly for fire hazards
- Keep fire-prevention equipment maintained
- Deliver safety training, prepare evacuation plans, maintain signage and run fire drills
- Coordinate upkeep of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, forklift and generator systems
- Troubleshoot faults, replace components, make adjustments and test systems and equipment
- Oversee preventive maintenance for elevators, generators, UPS units, CCTV and kitchen equipment
- Keep water potability reports current through an accredited provider
आवश्यकताएँ
- Technical training in electrical maintenance, building construction, mechanical maintenance or a related area
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Maintenance experience in retail or wholesale
- Ability to read electrical and plumbing schematics
- Knowledge of technical and safety standards
