- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience, focused on front-end development
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with globally distributed teams
- Ability to partner with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience leading front-end engineering initiatives and mentoring developers
- Experience designing and implementing microfrontend architectures for large-scale eCommerce platforms
- Experience developing cloud-native applications and deploying scalable solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and DevOps practices
- Experience with headless commerce platforms, composable architectures, and API-first development
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG
- Experience with observability, performance monitoring, and production troubleshooting for complex front-end applications
- Experience advancing technical innovation through proof of concepts and evaluation of emerging technologies
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and techniques
- Experience working in a Product Driven Organization or a similar product-focused engineering model
