- Lead end-to-end technical solution design for ONESOURCE GTM customer implementations
- Convert customer needs involving import/export controls and free trade agreements into scalable, compliant technical solutions
- Document system architecture, integrations, data flows, and technical specifications
- Align delivered solutions with Thomson Reuters products, implementation standards, and established best practices
- Oversee technical delivery from initial design through go-live and post-launch stabilization
- Review and validate technical deliverables created by developers and consultants
- Maintain the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of implemented solutions
- Surface technical risks early and lead appropriate mitigation efforts
- Provide technical direction and mentoring to delivery teams in AEM
- Serve as the main technical escalation contact for complex implementation challenges
- Partner with project managers, functional consultants, and product teams to support successful delivery
- Build trusted technical relationships with customer stakeholders
- Lead or contribute to technical workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs
- Explain technical concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 3–5 years of demonstrated experience as a Lead Design Consultant, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect delivering SaaS enterprise solutions such as ERP, compliance, or trade systems
- Practical experience integrating ERP platforms, including SAP or Oracle, with custom enterprise applications
- Strong knowledge of Global Trade Management, including import/export compliance, trade controls, and free trade agreement processes
- Advanced technical capability with SQL, XML, data mapping, and integration technologies
- Broad knowledge of enterprise IT architecture and integration patterns
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience delivering solutions for customers in Japan or collaborating closely with Japanese stakeholders
- Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency is a significant advantage
- Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams
- Previous experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE applications is highly desirable
