Junior Collections Analyst supporting third-party agencies, performance metrics, payment regularization, and collections operations at UOL. UOL is a Latin American company focused on content, services, and digital products.

- Help manage and oversee third-party collections agencies.
- Monitor recovery, contact, and productivity performance indicators.
- Create management reports and analyze results for assigned portfolios.
- Validate and review collections-related data sets.
- Detect operational and system discrepancies and follow their resolution.
- Support payment reconciliation, posting, and regularization activities.
- Work with internal teams to address collections-related requests.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation projects.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience in collections, customer service, back-office work, or administrative operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with the Recupera system.
- Experience with outsourced collections or third-party agencies is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data analysis tools is preferred.
- Experience with ERP or collections management systems is preferred.
