  • Work with the VP of Marketing to shape and deliver demand generation plans tied to revenue goals and business objectives.
  • Build integrated marketing programs that attract qualified leads, strengthen the sales pipeline, and support revenue growth.
  • Turn marketing strategy into campaign plans with defined goals, schedules, metrics, and expected results.
  • Find ways to improve campaign performance, reach more of the market, and grow demand among target customer groups.
  • Align demand generation with sales priorities and pipeline goals in partnership with Marketing and Revenue teams.
  • Plan and run multichannel campaigns for enterprise law firms and other industry use cases.
  • Lead email, webinar, third-party content syndication, promotional partnership, and industry event initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign messaging, audience segmentation, content, and distribution with Product Marketing.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Assess and refine campaign tactics to improve engagement, conversions, and overall effectiveness.
  • Create targeted and account-based marketing programs that support demand, pipeline growth, and sales opportunities.
  • Adapt campaign plans, messaging, and promotions for key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Set and track campaign KPIs for effectiveness, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
  • Analyze results across channels, campaigns, and customer groups.
  • Prepare performance reports and share findings, insights, and recommendations with Marketing leadership.
  • Use marketing analytics to spot trends, assess results, and guide improvements.
  • Allocate marketing spend, tactics, and resources based on measurable outcomes.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or a related role.
  • Track record of developing and running multichannel campaigns that generate qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise organizations, ideally in SaaS, legal technology, or a related industry.
  • Strong grasp of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, pipeline development, and marketing attribution.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, third-party content syndication, and industry events.
  • Ability to plan strategically and execute campaigns hands-on.
  • Ability to develop integrated marketing strategies and turn them into measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data and make data-informed decisions.
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, and other business teams.
