- Win and manage customers through new business development
- Build and grow new customer accounts
- Create and present technical solutions for customers, end users, engineering firms, and planning firms
- Advise customers and engineering and planning firms on HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Prepare complete quotations, covering planning, system sizing, bills of quantities, and pricing
- Negotiate customer contracts
- Track the market and grow the assigned sales territory
- Carry out field sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Represent Carrier’s interests and build business relationships to strengthen field sales performance

- University degree or completed technician training
- At least five years of professional experience selling refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Established network of customers, planners, and architects in Bavaria
