- Conduct consultative calls to understand prospects’ career objectives
- Recommend the ELVTR program that best matches each prospect
- Support prospects from their initial conversation through enrollment
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep pipeline data and CRM records accurate
- Share frontline insights to improve programs and the sales playbook
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated sales success, preferably in high-ticket or consultative selling
- Confidence initiating conversations and developing prospects from the ground up
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to establish trust quickly and respond effectively to objections
- Working knowledge of CRMs and modern sales platforms
- Excellent organization and time management in a high-pressure environment
